Welcome to MyUni Ind, a social and wellbeing platform designed exclusively for university communities — connecting students, alumni, faculty, counselors, and startups within a single digital ecosystem. By using the MyUni Ind mobile or web application (“Platform”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyUni Ind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any related policies displayed on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be a verified university student, alumni, faculty member, counselor, or authorized startup partner.
• You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and updated information during registration.
• MyUni Ind reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false or misleading information.

3. Platform Use

You agree to use MyUni Ind responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

• Post or share content that is offensive, hateful, pornographic, defamatory, or illegal.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform in any way.
• Use MyUni Ind for unauthorized commercial advertising or spam.

4. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of the content you create and share on MyUni Ind.
• By posting content, you grant MyUni Ind a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, modify, and distribute your content within the platform.
• MyUni Ind reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. University and Counselor Access

• Universities may access anonymized insights such as student engagement patterns and general sentiment analysis.
• Individual identities or private data are never shared without explicit consent.
• Counselors may view wellbeing-related insights only when students opt in to receive support.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform’s design, software, branding, and trademarks belong to MyUni Ind. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links

The platform may include links to third-party sites or resources. MyUni Ind does not control and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

8. Termination of Access

MyUni Ind reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or misuses the platform. Users may also deactivate their account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

MyUni Ind is not liable for:

• User-generated content or user interactions.
• Temporary unavailability, data loss, or system errors.
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available within the app or on our website. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
